HOW TO ORDER
This is the recommended method as all details are verified by you and are recorded. Here's how:
a. Enter the shop by clicking on any of the categories (on the left side of this web) until
you arrive at the products' page.
b. Click on the 'Add to Cart' button located near the item that you wish to buy.
c. The item is now added to your cart and a summary is shown at the top of your
screen.
d. When you have finished shopping, click on any 'Check Out' button and you will
arrive at the payment selection page.
e. Fill in the form with your name, address, email address and other
required information. Please include your mobile contact number.
f. If the product have various sizes, please write the size that you wish to buy in the 'Special Notes' box.
g. Click on 'Verify Order' and the cart will calculate the final total of your order.
Here, shipping charges are not added.
h. Finally, click on 'Submit Order for Processing' and shortly after that, a
confirmation email with will be sent to your email address.
i. A second email will be sent
to you to confirm on the shipping charges,stock availability and the
bank account to which you will transfer your payment.
Email order
Send your order to order@beautifulsofea.com. Please include your name, address, telephone number and the product code you wish to order. We will advise you accordingly via email.
Phone order
SMS us at 019-2188241 to place your order. Please state your name, address, telephone number and the product code you wish to order.
HOW TO PAY
Direct bank-in to Maybank or CIMB Account
For customers residing in Malaysia, you may choose this option. The detail account number & recipient name will be emailed to you once you have confirmed your order. If you transfer via Maybank2U.com.my, please enter order@beautifulsofea.com as the Third Party Email. for verification purpose.
Credit Card (Visa & MasterCard)
We only accept payment via credit card for amount more than RM100. There will be an extra charge of 4% per transaction. We will email you the link to our credit card processing facilities.
Western Union
For customers outside Malaysia you can pay via Western Union. The detail amount to pay, the account number & recipient name will be emailed to you once you have confirmed your order. Please note that your payment will include international courier rates and any applicable taxes.
